The Colorado Hospice Organization (CHO) and Colorado Palliative Care Partnership are pleased to announce the completion of their merger into
COLORADO CENTER FOR HOSPICE AND PALLIATIVE CARE (COCHPC)
a new statewide, not-for-profit organization that advocates for palliative and hospice care through professional and lay education, legislative and regulatory advocacy, technical assistance to care providers, and outreach and support to the public.
